Enough is enough

He stood inside the arena
He is at the grandest stage of them all
The time is now
He knows it
He feels it
Its so close that he can smell it

But he was looking up
The announcer was there
Holding the coveted item
The accolade he wants
He know's there still some things to settle before he's there

He's been spending time working out
Sweat and blood and tears
Work and stuff have been obstacles
He wish they could disappear
But no
They don't

He wants to finish up high
Real high
Just like he always reserve his last bit of strength
To sprint the last lap in his run
To sprint
And finish

Enough is enough
