10km down and I reached Singapore 1st ever official racetrack
off Upper Thomson Road...
The Devil's Bend
Kinda wicked name. I like it a lot
Some ppl called it " The Snake Bend "
Drove passed here before
Road width just enough for 2 cars
Killer corners and sick S-turns
Can you imagine with our orange grainy street lights,
Molotov cocktails lighting up the sides, coloured flares,
screaming rowdy audience looking for crashes, and the
sound of engine thundering down the tracks...
Japanese modified cars, European models, superbikes
Side by side...
Steel on steel...
Competition...
Cash prizes...
Street racing definitely better than F1
Sad to say
Last year some 19-20 yrs old died here
They missed the corner and went down the roadside
And its a long way down seriously...
Left turn deep into the tracks and reached the entrance of
the Upper Pierce Reservoir...
Long, fast and easy way down
Difficult, tiring, slow slope to climb back up

Sorry to discount off their original beauty with colours...

And the young boy who doesnt listen his dad
Courting trouble to say the very least...
Asking for it
This picture reminds me of the actual scene
Whereby the boy stood there
While the Dad was already in front
Then the boy choose to go harass the monkey
Bad decision Ah Boy ar!
Luckily the Dad came and took the boy away
If not the 10-20 monkeys (not kidding) behind
will come and scratch his face
Then 一切就不完美 for him
Which brings me to the point
Whereby kids should listen to parents
But adults like us parents still tell you this and that
Sometimes parents don't realised they are in the wrong too
Nobody is perfect
But someone told me that based on this sentence
You have no right to rebuke them
" 他们把你养大的。。。 "
Hmmm...
