Caught the Shinjuku Incident - 新宿事件 on Thursday night
Glad we got ppl who are still at home during this period time

Like not working or just bumming around to help to book tix

So now my review on the Shinjuku Incident...

1st impression: 4 stars

After thoughts: 4 stars

Well, in fact the good thing about this movie is that it keeps

me on the edge of the seat at most part of the show
(not becuz its cold and I need to pee...)

Honestly, some parts are very idiotic

There are loopholes that the director didnt cover up

There are mysteries and questions not answered

BUT

Thumbs up to Daniel Wu!

Damn zai!

Well done on this show!

Jackie Chan just cannot come across as a bad guy

And the bad guy every media is portraying to be is like...

the those villians like Joker or Green Goblin that kind of villian

So not true in this movie

Anyways, go catch this movie if you got interest in great shooting

on the scenes of the Yakuza, their style of work etc,

Chinese illegal immigrants in Japan, fighting scenes, various

languages spoken throughout the course of

the movie & that little tiny bit of storyline

Various ppl have different comments
But I feel this movie is not too bad

Cuz I have interest in the Yakuza background

I like the way the director shot this movie

The various languages used in this movie and

the action of course

Storyline can come as a lower priority for me

Watchable like what newspapers say

Take a pinch of salt for my review though

Go see it for yourselves

Eski Bar on Friday's night with the ExxonMobil ppl

After much consideration....

Those that were involved in the "pouring incident"

So after the drinks were poured

and everyone had a sip or two

Everyone were just sitting there

Waiting for like something to happen

Eski Bar had only plasma screens showing repeat

telecast of the recent international football matches
No live band and very dark

Plus my minor night blindness

Cannot see anything clearly

So after some quiet moments...

Chew Hua taught 猜拳

And Pin Shin was the only one who needs to learn

With plenty of demo and help from the participants

After a couple of drinks later

Weird stuff happen

Jun Yong wearing pink?

And Chew Hua strongly denying that she had a drink too much

Zoey? Or Zombie?

Anyways she didnt drink much

Just posing for the shot

And we got some dices and cards from Chew Hua's friend

later on in the night

And Wei Suan taught us some card games

Which involved plenty of rules and all the 52 cards

cames into use

Chim stuff there

The bottom line is when all the 4 Kings come out

The loser had to drink the whole glass in 1 shot

And here are the "winners" of the day

Who claims he is drunk but Wei Suan doesnt think so
since he said Chong Yee can still talk

So to conclude for the night...

Chew Hua's face became not so lobster-like

And Zoey's face became pale instead of the usual red

And the scary head figure which Wei Suan was gonna

French kiss if this figure stuck out the tongue

To prove that we are still alive

The bread girl started to do accounting for the bill

Glad we got 15% discount off though
