Food for thought

Melissa just showed me some1's blog just now
Read some stuff and felt it was negative to me
Not really interesting and cant be bothered with the comments
But she seemed affected by it
Well, I guessed she has some problems lately
And she could use help
Which leads to me thinking
Friends are there to help each other out
I know I have been trying to help others
Maybe I have been trying too hard
It's tough being a good guy when I see my friends
throwing their lives away through drinking, clubbing,
smoking, getting attached and splitting up at the rate
of changing their underwear
(not say they change their underwear every few months la!)
and basically wasting their lives away etc etc
You just cant help them no more
THEY SAY you can only help so much
THEY SAY you don make your friends' problems your problems
THEY ALSO SAY 'your friend business is also your business' in Hokkien
ni nang eh dai ji dio si wen nang eh dai ji
But in the end I realise you can only do so much
just F-care when they don even bother to help themselves
thats the bloody truth and you just gotta accept it
(bun must understand this)
家家有本难念的经
Every1 got their own problems
But not every1 is willing to help each other out
True friends do

Scenario:
If some1 asked you to advertise yourself in order to sell yourself as a product
What would you say about yourself?
If there's nothing much, you need some self-reflection time

PS. The weather is so hot that playing basketball is super tiring
The sun is sapping away our energy
And I'm over-exercising
Groin strain is killing me.....
