of relieving stress and rest a while from work

life to try and know her by joining her in the smoking process

750m of swim, I think 15km of cycling, plus 5km of run

The mini one is 500m of swim
(10 laps shld be ok right? frog style also can right?) =x
8km of cycling (ok this is a piece of cake) and
2km of run (ok, by then I think shld still be able to walk through)
