I gladly snap up the offer of attending the NP Graduate D&D
once I received the letter from the school

How cool that the school sends you letter to attend a D&D?
Absolutely!
So last Friday evening
Me, Adrian, Steph, Desmond and Li Jiong met at Harbourfront MRT
It was yet again raining all the gigantic animals
But this time I prepared early and didnt have a bad hair day
like the other day during graduation itself
Phew!
Anyways you could see those dress nicely at the MRT station
were other graduates going for the D&D
Quite obvious right?
So we walked quite a distance to the bus-stop
And Steph's hair was becoming sticky due to her perspiration

Girls do need to take cab for such events I guess
I mean they dress so pretty
Then make-up, high heels and etc
Should never ever perspire sia
But she chose to go along with us to take bus
Haha

Anyways there was a small little crowd gathering at the 1st level
We then proceeded to go register oursevles at the counter
See! Dr Lim very active in getting her students (US!) to register

Reminds me of that time when I discuss Royston's future wedding with him
Whereby he will hand out price lists on the latest promotion

So we proceed to figure out where was our table...
Lucky Table #26
And the menu for the day
8-course dinner set
(sadly no roast pork....I'm devastated ='/)
Anyways pigs are my 2nd favourite animals

And the only thing that caught my eye in the menu
Sure brings back the memory of the one brought back for
Hong Kong by my bro when he had his holidays there
Oh ya. So after finding our table and settling down
We went out to the reception around
To mingle with the crowd
Or kuay sio with other ppl

There's a magician outside too!
Sure knows how to light up the place
Anyways while he was swallowing the longish balloon
I asked Yasmin who was beside me
"What will happen if the balloon suddenly burst?"
Yasmin: "AIYO!!"
YJ: "Hahaha! Then all the intestines also come out!"
Both of us burst out laughing
Then I turned around and heard Joanna asking the same qns too
Wahahaha!
Other than the Pink Panther magician,
there's a professional photographer there too
So we decided to take some group photos together
with the studio background provided there nonetheless
Provides immediate developing of the photos

Meaning not so professional as the camera it seems
Anyways someone came out to ushered us in at around 730pm
And the dinner kick-off with a dance item by NPDS
Which is our Dance Sports club which features latin and samba dancing
The junior formation team performed the Jive
The senior formation team performed the samba
Anyways I think they are really damn good
Like seriously zai to the max!
And I reached a common consensus with Hian Chong
who was sitting beside me
The senior formation team girls had abs
Like OMG 6 pecs definition
While the girls in the junior team
Well, lets say me and them, we are quite close
Hahaha!

And the dinner started with the traditional cold-dish
Of course not forgetting the techno themed entrance
Adrian never fails to remind me of the good old days
when I was a waiter doing these kinds of banquet style dinner too
The laser light always serve as an indication to not tripping over yourself

When the dish was laid down on the table
Being dressed nicely, everyone was courteous and didnt go in for the kill
So the 1st statement that popped out of me and Adrian's mouth
while this time Yiqian had readied her chopsticks
"Eh. Gold medallist go first leh!!!"

Joanna: "HUH! Really ar?"
Steph: "Ya serious. I think you look fatter now"
Me / Adrian / Joanna: Burst out laughing
All 3 of us heard Steph comment that Joanna looks fatter
But she actually meant better
OMG
Thought she so direct
But from Year 1 till now, didnt notice Joanna like got gain so much weight
She mentioned it all goes to the face
That's why Steph say Joanna's face looks rounder and better
Ya. Agree. I think Joanna looks good too!

And Han Kee being the Golden Grad
And me having the Silver Medal
Hmm. Not bad lah we all

And I cycle about 5km to his house regularly

We do plenty of things to together
We are in the same FYP group

We even went to India, Taiwan, and Australia together

And he's a big joker
Shares all the funny things around everytime

The Director of LSCT Mrs Tang sat on my chair before the dinner
And I stopped eating my lotus leave rice to await for the lucky draw
But everyone on my table was eating
Cuz I was hoping I would win something
And Adrian mentioned it would be unglam to have rice in your mouth
when taking the photograph with the VIPs
But he proceeded to eat and gave up then
Hahaha!
Sadly, the first round of lucky draw came and went
$20 bucks voucher
Yiqian, Desmon, Li Jiong all mentioned about giving to the others
So the 2nd round came and went too
$50 and $60 dollars voucher
Damn
Then after the beatbox, singing, video and performance
The last round of lucky draw came
Everyone finished the 杨枝甘露 and await Mr Chia to draw
4th prize's number was drawn and no 1 came out to get it
So everyone shouted for it to be void
Hahaha. At this point of time, Yiqian shouted $#!*&@^
Cuz the tables around us all had winners
But after she shouted out
The surrounding 5 tables all turned and looked at us
I was like OMG!!!
LOL!
Need to hold up the menu to cover our face
Hahahahaha!
But the emcee was damn interesting

So our table just immediately exploded in ecstasy already

But at that point of time
The NUMBER ONE #1 student from Ngee Ann, Nadia
Came out and introduced herself
The emcee asked which side she was from and she said Champion
And our table all said, even if she introduced herself as "Champion"
no one can say anything else
*Throw in the index finger as a icing on the cake*
We would all stand up and raise our hands and bow down to her lah!
LOL!

Then's the other part on the 8 ladies doing catwalk
This is the part whereby I learnt the hottest girl in NP
came from....*drumrolls*.....

Luckily we got a guy called Ang Song Kiat(?) who
cheered us on to lead us in cheering for our contestants

We all raised our RED napkins and waved in the air
All like diehard soccer fans at the Old Trafford stadium
Shiok man the atmosphere!

I think that it's a very fitting farewell to end off my poly days
