Its the.......6 months anniversary
Of my NSF life that is!
Time sometimes pass slowly and painfully
But it still passes!
1 year and 4 months to go
:)

And its my 21st bday week too!
Up there liao lah!

A lot of very heartwarming msg this year
Most of them were like wishing good health and prosperity
Machiam like in the business line already

The day before my bday I told my buddy before we slept

YJ: "Eh, dont sleep 1st. Got something to tell you....."
Buddy: "Ya?"
YJ: "In 1 hour and 30 mins I'm gonna be a MAN liao!"
Buddy: "Go and die lah!"

Actual day of my 21st bday
Well, lets just say it was a loooooooong day
And the common consensus from everyone....

" Well bro, your actual 21st bday SUCKS! "

The good thing was I received like 30+ bday msg
Spent 15-20 mins replying msg
9 in the morning
16 at night
6 the day after

And after a long day at work
My campmates sang a bday song along the corridor for me
While all of us were drenched in sweat
And undoing our bootlaces in the meantime
Shagged to the max
Hands dirty
And yet plenty of ppl came over to shake hands with me
Not bad already la
Beggars cant be choosers right?

Beside the fact that I book out way too late on Friday

Yes Sat I went to celebrate my bday with a lunch at Dozo
It was situated at Valley Point
Atas I tell you
*raise eyebrows twice*



Starters that are of branch-like Porky-lookalike that tasted differently



A shooter style drink that supposedly will help us digest food better
Well it tasted great!



The starter dish that we ate from the centre most pale-tasting scallop
To the mild taste (forgot what) to the heavier salmon

My escargots
Mixed with up-there cheese......mmmmm awesome!

Taste like chicken (ok everything taste like chicken)

Actually I think it tasted just great lah!

Soft-shell crab with carrot/yum sticks

Some Jappy mushrooms with potatoes

Onion soup

Mushroom soup with truffle

Cod fillet

Now even the food is being categorized into atas or not

Well like I say everything is atas in the restaurant

OWNAGE beef tenderloin

Already cooked medium rare

Comes with a hot stone at 256 degrees

Dont know is Fahrenheit or Celsius though
But the good thing is.....it is really OWNAGE!!!

Outside slightly well done and inside still med-rare

Chewy on the outside and just meltz in your mouth as in start to chew

After the meal

They served us our drinks

Which were mocktails, or fruity refreshers

Anyways I think thats a great way for a meal

Cold drinks after everything

Sipping nice hot fruit tea in the meantime for everything else

Doesnt make you too full or takes away the food taste
And seriously the fruit tea is nicccccceee~!



Warm chocolate with vanilla ice-cream

Any-oh-how also is DA BOMB already

With a chocalatey milky way in the centre too!
And once you spilt open the warm chocolate in half....

Somehow the staff knew it was my bday too!

Nowadays Megan Fox reminds me of my upcoming ops

And the fact she can accept girls

Plus she is into Rain

Overall I think Dozo is a very atas place la

With the 6-course meal and stuff

But the food is really really good

And the whole ambience and surroundings

The chairs the tables the curtains and the cutlery and such

Plus the fact that the servings made you just nicely full

Is an awesome way to have fine dining

And can bring girls there.....heee :)
