Brought my Mom to the cinemas in years

Hahahahaha!
I only remembered the last movie (that she watched in the cinemas)
she mentioned was Jackie Chan's “ 醉拳 ”
I think I vaguely remembered the 4 of us went to AMK there?
The Indian cinema there
Now the so-called place with the $0.99 cents sushi
Besides the hawker centre
Near Courts there

And yes, we didnt watch much because me and my bro keep going to the toilet
And my dad had to keep bringing us there
While he just combed his hair and wait for us
Thinking about it now s like so ashamed
Wasted money and time

But this time
Watching “ 大世界 ” is way different
Caught the movie with Ambre, Bro and Mom
And the movie is unexpectedly goooooooood!!!

You didnt know local productions can be so good
But sadly, most of the people from the Gang dont like local movies
Maybe you guys should go check this one out
I think it's freaking funny
And the cinema is FULL btw

Henry Thia and Li Ming acting as his mom again is a sure-win combo
Joanne Peh is also very humourous
Along with Chow Chor Ming, Bryan Wong and 老牛 Marcus Chin
And even 城城哥 from Taiwan
(minus 钟欣依, 小娴 & 艾莉丝)

Whole movie is in Hokkien
With lots of rhyming lines
Brilliant!
You thought you heard all of those stuff before, but no
You will be surprise

Quite touching I believe for most of our parents
A lot of parents with their families there
Plus people of my age range too
And yes, people of our age should be interested in this kind of stuff
I think it's quite healthy to know about our parents' past
And the things they do, play, eat and everything else
