So the last day of 2008 was spend....

say quite hectically
(if there is such a word at all)

Went from the 30th of Dec to the 31st of Dec 2008
by playing Need for Speed: Undercover through the night
till 12 plus

Damn. I thought my fingers cramp and couldnt close into a fist
=/

Still didnt managed to complete it within 1 night
Ahhhhhhh!
Sadded

So half-day at work
And I felt damn sick from the 30th already

Same old symptoms as described by the doc
Haha. Seems incurable too
Maybe ppl think I'm spamming free medicine
But given a choice, I wouldnt want be stuck with this
kinda of sickness or illness too
Leads to other kind things like colds, flu, sore throat and fever

Ah ha. I'm different from others already
Don't need to like take a lot of chocolate or whatever heaty food
Also can get sick
That is to say, no matter what I do
I can only like somewhat prevent myself from not falling
sick too easily

Kinda sad to realise this fact on the last day of 2008 ya?

So after work went home
Got a queue from the place to cut hair
Damn lots of hooligans wannabe there
Haha. Their hair cut already still so long
Also dono waste money cut for what
Might as well go to school let the DM catch and cut
Cheaper somemore
Since the hairdresser increased the pricing like until CNY

WTF can?

And luckily it didnt rain
Managed to swim for 1km
Shiok
Feels a bit salty the water
Got piss inside I think
Haha!

Then went to City Hall for the marina bay fireworks
Crazy idea

From the moment I reached City Hall
Plenty of familiar faces
1st person I saw was Gladys already
Haha. She look like Barbie
(not the pig ok?)
Barbie is pretty and cute
And blastic also
LOL!
=p

Then proceed to Tonkichi at Suntec to have dinner
OMG!
Atas place
But the food was very good to say the least


Yokubari Set
Consist of deep fried prawns, oyster, pork fillet
and crab croquette

I think its slight a bit ex
But cant expect it to be too cheap either
Anyways New Year Eve lah!
So ok lah
Plus hanging out with 20s something ppl
No one complain about money issue

It was a great dinner
Plenty of laughter around the table

Strolled around and walked to Marina Bay
Lots of AT and HN around
All can be found around Boon Lay area
Haha. University ppl say they feel
just right at home with them
=p

And so the 14-15 of us just walked
on Nicoll Highway
Just like a regular foreigner
Hahahaha. I cant stop myself from typing this la
But none of us felt like a Singaporean

So walk walk walk
Clock plenty of mileage
Walk to the One Fullerton
Then to Boat Quay
Then just sat down at the UOB building
Next to the Big Bird statue
Got ppl pull mats ok?

YOUR BEST FRIENDS DO THAT!!!

Then in the meantime also check out some pubs
along the Boat Quay stretch
The newly open MUCB looks good I think

Then at 1130 we proceed to Marina Bay again
Wanted to get a good view

Squeezed until the major road
Just next to the One Fullerton @ Marina Bay
Beside the PIE ERP sign that
Got bring cashcard so no worries

SY go crazy and sang CNY songs
But the finale was damn awesome
Worth the wait la
All the couples among our group kiss and hug
So the rest of us single peeps also....

Wished each other a happy 09 and concluded
that next year we should carry on....
to go another friend's place to make merry
and have potluck and chill out in front of the TV
